We had an incredible time at this hotel during our recent vacation. The location is fantastic, with a stunning beach just steps away. We loved dining at the picturesque restaurant, Chimichanga, which offers delicious food with a view of the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and tasty Mexican dishes. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the pool and the serene surroundings. we had a memorable and rejuvenating experience.
It is important to carefully review your credit card statements after your stay, as we experienced double charges from this hotel.

The beach was calm and not overcrowded. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. Blue tennis courts were of good quality. Good neighborhood for walking, going to the beach, and dining. Many swimming pools, pet-friendly, and great all-inclusive service.
Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.

I recently went on an Easter vacation and had a mixed experience. the hotel had a great location right by the beach, making it convenient to spend our days basking in the sun and enjoying the waves. The hotel also had a pool, a nice alternative for some relaxation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests.
There were some aspects that didn't meet my expectations. the food options were quite limited, especially considering it was an Easter holiday.

Well-trained, accessible staff. Spectacular ocean view from main entrance. Strong, since 1957. Dog-friendly with ample space to run. Good breakfast. Constantly cleaned swimming pools. Friendly reception and bellboy groups. Peaceful family environment, no city noise. Restaurant serves delicious food. Fine beds.

The resort's beautiful beach offered a great ocean view. The gated area provided a secure environment, with modern amenities and friendly staff. Despite it being Spring Break, the atmosphere remained quiet and relaxing. Will definitely return.

From the moment I stepped inside, the service was impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool are top-notch that aided me to relax and unwind. the outdoor swimming pool, beach access, sun loungers, garden area, and beach umbrellas were perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather.
there were limited options for Entertainment, and the public bath was not as relaxing as I had hoped it to be.
